You’re Two!

We cannot believe that you are already two!!
Such a day could not go without a huge party and boy did you have fun!!

In the morning Pa, Gamma, Jessie and Mum took you to fun bugs!! You played for two whole hours and celebrated with a baby-chino!

After your nap you woke up and we had a massive party with Nan, Pop, uncle Luke, aunty Rachael, Jo, Liam, Gamma, Pa, aunty Jessie, mum, dad and Mitchell. You got so many presents and had a wonderful Spiderman cake.

You’re favourite thing to eat were the lollies and you passed up on cake for some banana!!

Off mum and dad you got a ride on cat digger, a fire truck and an iPod with headphones. Any chance you got you had your headphones on and listened to ‘Happy Birthday’ (this went on for days afterwards).

Happy Birthday our beautiful boy. Mummy, Daddy and Mitchy love you so much and are so happy that you chose us as your family!

2016 Christmas is coming!!

Merry second Christmas beautiful boy!!! I can’t believe that you are a 18months old!!

Daddy, mummy and yourself went to Myer on Sunday to catch up with Santa. We thought it would be nice if you could get a phot with him and tell him everything that you wish for…. unfortunately you had other plans.

You were terrified!! You clung to dad and refused to let go, in the end daddy jumped in the photo… this was the end result… try and get further away next time spunk.

The Melbourne Zoo

Giraffes, monkeys, elephants, snakes, lions, tigers.. animals animals animals

What a day we had on Sunday November 6th. The four of us (bubba 2 included) jumped in the car and headed to Melbourne for a zoo adventure.

We first went to the Keeper Kids center while we waited for out friends Stacey, Dean and Sophia to arrive. You had so much fun! You became a zoo keeper and chose what to feed the animals, we created a new exhibit with water pipes, fences and crazy animals, you sat down for a quick read before heading outside to drive the zoo keeper jeep!

What you weren’t keen on was dressing up or sitting down for 30 seconds!

We had fun exploring the busy zoo but boy were you exhausted when we got home!!!

Byron Bay

Our very first plane flight as a family and trip out of Victoria! At fifteen months old you have now been to Victoria (where you live), QLD and NSW. How exciting!!!

I tell you what, after our trip to Echuca at the start of the year mum was pretty nervous about how this trip was going to go! You may have been the ONLY child on the entire plane that refused to sleep BUT mummy and daddy are still very proud of how you went!!!

We had a great time!!

We went for a swim in the water, to the Macadamia Castle and explored the  streets of Byron Bay while shop, shop, shopping!

We can’t wait for our next holiday with you!

Photos to come (they won’t upload at the moment).

Happy First Birthday

Happy 1st birthday our beautiful boy!

This day an entire year ago at 2:57pm you were brought into this world and mummy and daddy’s lives changed for the better for ever.

You bring laughter and sunshine into every single day and we could not imagine life without you.

Today, with many family a friends, we had a big party to celebrate your first year. It was a Brown Bear Brown Bear theme (book by Eric Carle) because it has been your favourite book since you were a little bitty baby.

You wore a little bear outfit, ate lots of chicken nuggets, tried frankfurts and even enjoyed some birthday cake.

It was fantastic to watch you interact with all the other bubbas from Mothers Group as well as Miss Sophia but at the end you were absolutely pooped and fell fast asleep.

When you wake you get the joy of opening all of your birthday presents. We love you gorgeous boy. Keep being you. xx
